All rooms come equipped with heaters, soap, towels and linen. Fans are available on request during the summer time. The hotel offers basic amenities which is perfect for visitors who are looking at spending the whole day in the ski parks and wish to come back and relax for the night.

Other hotel amenities include a pub, bistro and games room. It is the only pub in Cooma which still has the verandah wrapped around the entire building. Guests have the option to dine through different areas of the hotel such as front verandah, outdoor area, dining room, lounge room and the public bar. The bistro specialises in traditional pub fare with modern twists.
