Downstairs, Darlo Bar is a much-loved local hangout with a retro, eclectic edge. Expect a relaxed crowd of creatives, a pool table, comfy couches and rotating drink offerings. Head upstairs to the open-air terrace, where a garden bar sets the scene for sunny afternoons. There’s weekly trivia, drag bingo and DJs spinning iconic tracks every Friday and Saturday night.

The accommodation sits above the pub with a separate street entrance, offering a private and comfortable retreat. Recently redesigned as an extension of Darlinghurst’s creative spirit, the rooms combine warm, natural materials and curated artwork to create a stay that feels intimate, authentic and unmistakably local.
